Repayment Account: A linked repayment account will be provided for ease of payment. Simply deposit funds in the linked account for automatic payment deduction or partial payment/fund settlement against the BTF via the Customer Interaction Centre at 111 06 06 06.
Customer Interaction Centre: A range of financial and non-financial services are available at the Customer Interaction Centre such as:

  • Credit Card Bill Payments
  • Pay-orders or Demand Draft issuance
  • Utility Bill Payments
  • Funds Transfer from the BTF to other current/Savings accounts at FBL or any other bank and much more

E-statements: You can also opt to receive monthly BTF statements via e-mail absolutely free!
De-activated Cheque Book: Receive your first de-activated cheque book completely free of charge against your BTF account for making secure third party payments by issuing account payee only cheques. Simply activate your cheque book by calling the Customer Interaction Centre at 111 06 06 06
Utility Bill Payments: Make hassle free Utility Bill Payments absolutely free of cost. Simply call our Customer Interaction Centre at 111 06 06 06 from your registered contact numbers.
Inter-Bank Funds Transfer: Transfer Funds up to PKR 250,000 per day and PKR 150,000 per transaction to any of the enrolled IBFT banks.
