Faysal Bank donates computers to TCF – Saturday, August 29, 2009

KARACHI: Faysal Bank has been active in supporting good causes under its ‘Good Corporate Citizens’ program. Recently, the Bank has donated serviceable computers equipment to institutions involved in operating schools as part of its support for the cause of education. Aarij Ali, Head of Retail Banking at Faysal Bank handed over 100 computers to Riaz Ahmed Kamlani, VP of The Citizen Foundation to be used in TCF schools all over Pakistan. TCF operates 600 schools throughout the country educating about 80,000 children.

Faysal Bank has also donated computer equipment to other welfare organizations running schools throughout Pakistan.

The Bank has approximately 2000 employees, a branch network of 129 branches, two sub branches, one sale and service centre and an ATM network of 113 in 38 cities across Pakistan. Faysal Bank’s strength is validated by its credit ranking of AA (Double A) for long term and A1+ (A1 Plus) for short term assigned to it by both by PACRA and JCR VIS.

The Bank has recently been awarded a “Certificate of Excellence” by Management Association of Pakistan for its good corporate governance and best business practices.
