Faysal Bank has joined hands with NJI to bring to you Pocket Secure, an insurance solution with double the benefits to secure your belongings against unforeseen circumstances. Let your worries take a backseat while you’re on the move.
What is Pocket Secure?
It is a unique combination of two insurance offerings in one comprehensive package designed to guard you against unfortunate events of snatching, burglary, robbery or armed hold-ups. With Pocket Secure, you can avail the following:
Over-the-Counter (OTC) Insurance:
This will cover your over-the-counter cash withdrawal transactions from any Faysal Bank branch. Your cash is covered up to PKR 25,000 within 45 minutes from the time of withdrawal and up to a radius of 500 yards from the point of withdrawal.
ATM Withdrawal Insurance:
With this plan, you are provided protection against your cash withdrawals from any Faysal Bank ATM or ATM across Pakistan using the Faysal Bank ATM Card. Furthermore, you are also provided protection if you withdraw cash from any Faysal Bank ATM using another bank’s ATM card. Your cash is covered up to PKR 25,000 within 1 hour from the time of withdrawal and up to a radius of 1km from the point of withdrawal.
Mobile Phone Insurance
This security coverage offers you complete financial protection against the loss of your mobile phone.

- An appointed NJI surveyor will contact you and provide information on documentation requirements to process your claim
- Pocket Secure is exclusively designed for Faysal Bank customers. The customer must be above the age of 18 in order to avail this facility.
- In the case of Mobile Phone Insurance, your handset must not be older than 12 months.
- The coverage is effective for one year from the date of purchase / enrollment.
- Premium payments can be made through your Faysal Bank Credit Card or through your Faysal Bank deposit account.
- In the case of monthly premium payments, in order to enjoy uninterrupted coverage, payments are to be made regularly.
- The Bank is acting as a distributor of the Insurance Policy on behalf of the Insurance Company and shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever to any person, including, but not limited to the Insured Customer’s beneficiary or any third party.
- The Insured Customer’s statement of account / application form or recorded verbal statement will act as his / her enrollment under the programme (if his / her account is charged under the programme) and will govern the determination of the rightful beneficiary under this insurance coverage.
What premium do I need to pay to avail Pocket Secure?
For your convenience, we have designed three special packages to choose from, to suit your needs and affordability. Furthermore, enjoy the flexibility of paying your insurance premiums on a monthly or annual basis depending on your budget.
How can I apply for Pocket Secure?
Simply call our Customer Interaction Centre at 111-06-06-06 to sign up for Pocket Secure or visit your nearest branch.
How can I process my claim?
How soon can I get my claim processed and reimbursed
NJI will settle the claim within 17 working days upon receipt of all the required documents.
Terms and Conditions:
It is clarified and recorded that the Bank shall not, under any circumstances, be liable either directly or indirectly for any obligation of the Insurance Company as the Insurer in respect of these Insurance policies and the Bank shall not be construed or deemed in any manner to be the agent or broker of the Insurance Company in respect of any other policy. Further, it is also clarified that the
Bank shall not be either directly or indirectly liable for any obligation of the Insured Customer towards the Insurance Company in respect of the business or the policy or any other policy offered to the Insured Customer, and these policies shall constitute as independent contracts between the Insurance Company and the Insured Customer.
