Faysal DigiBank Virtual Card is a safer alternative to all the online payments of the customers. This unique digital card acts like a debit card & has its own set of information: Card Number, CVV, & Expiry Date. Customers who are registered on Faysal DigiBank are eligible to create a Virtual Card, either through the App or the Internet Banking Portal.
Virtual Card allows customers to explore the realm of hassle-free online shopping experience worldwide, without the threat of exposing your physical card’s credentials. Virtual Card works on all local or international website where MasterCard® is accepted.
Faysal DigiBank offers two variants of Virtual Cards:
This is also known as a Burner Card, as it cannot be topped up & expires after it is used once
As its name suggests, this can be topped up anytime via Faysal DigiBank & has an expiry of up to 6 months
Step 1
Login to Faysal DigiBank App or Internet Banking Portal at https://digi.faysalbank.com/
Step 2
Click on Cards > Select Virtual Cards

Tap on Create New Card or the Plus Sign > Select the Type of Virtual Card

Choose your Desired Slab
Step 5
Enter the OTP to Create Virtual Card
Sit Back, Relax and Shop Online
Upon card creation, your new Virtual Card’s details including the 16 digit card number, expiry date, and the card verification code will be visible on Faysal DigiBank immediately.

A minimal fee is charged on the creation of any type of Virtual Card. This is in accordance to the chosen slab by the customer. The fee is deducted from the account, which is non-reversible, whereas the slab/limit is topped up in the Virtual Card.
Customers can reload their Virtual Cards & conduct Local Currency Transactions, without incurring any fees. Charges applicable on the Creation of Virtual Card & Conducting Foreign Transactions may be revised from time to time (semi-annually).
Virtual Card is a digital stored-value card that allows you to make online purchases. It is powered by MasterCard and can be generated instantly. There are two types of Virtual Cards: one-time and reloadable.
By selecting Virtual Card through Cards button in the menu of Faysak DigiBank. Here you can create a new card by using your preferred type (one-time or reloadable) and card’s amount slab.
You can reload balance on your Reloadable Virtual Card immediately by transferring funds from your Faysal Bank Account via Faysal DigiBank. Funds can be loaded multiple times in case of Reloadable Virtual Cards.
However, the One-time Virtual Card cannot be reloaded.
To use the Virtual Card for making online purchases and payments, just select MasterCard as the payment type on the merchant website and simply enter your Virtual Card details (Card Number, CVV, & Expiry Date). It’s just like any other online payment through a Debit or Noor Card.
For Reloadable Virtual Cards:
However, the one-time usage Burner Virtual Card can only be used for one transaction, for amount up to the card limit.
There is no restriction on the number of times you can reload your Reloadable Virtual Card, as long as the maximum aggregate loadable amount limit in a year for Virtual Cards issued against your CNIC is available, which is PKR 500,000.
The remaining card balance will automatically be refunded to your Faysal Bank account.
Yes, you can create more than one Faysal DigiBank Virtual Card, subject to available aggregate loadable limit in a year on all Virtual Card issued against your CNIC, which is PKR 500,000.
Select Virtual Cards in the Cards button from the menu. The lock on the Virtual Card enables you to block it temporarily, while the delete card option permanently blocks the card, refunding any remaining balance back to the account.
Only Refund to your own account can be conducted.
Yes, you can view your Virtual Card transaction details by logging in to your Faysal DigiBank Mobile App or Internet Banking.
No, you cannot use your Faysal DigiBank Virtual Card for ATM withdrawals or Point of Sale (POS) purchases.
