Mr. Amin ur Rahman has a diversified banking and non-banking experience of more than 20 years, having worked in large local banks, public utility and global financial services. He has held multiple portfolios in secured and unsecured segments of consumer lending and has spear-headed pioneering initiatives in fostering partnerships with Fintechs in the space of digital acceptance and issuance.

At Visa Worldwide, he had been responsible for setting up the Open-API / Open-Banking platform with the objective of simplifying the go-to-market strategy for Fintechs entering into partnerships in the domain of Banking-as-a-service (BaaS). Prior to joining Faysal Bank, he was associated with UBL as Head of Digital Payments, where he was responsible for the P&L turn-around strategy of the Bank’s digital acceptance business and establishing the Fintech partnership vertical. He has also served with HBL, Union Bank and K-Electric in various capacities.

Amin holds an MBA degree from Institute of Business Administration.
