Eligibility Criteria

Faysal Barkat Islamic banking customers who successfully register for Barkat PayPak Debit Card within the campaign period will be eligible for this lucky draw. Faysal Barkat Islamic banking staff (permanent and FTE) are also eligible.

Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is valid from 17th November 2017 till 31st December 2017.
• All customers who successfully registered for/replaced to Barkat PayPak Debit Card during the campaign period will be eligible to enter the lucky draw.
• A total of 9 iPod Shuffle lucky winners will be announced (3 winners each via 3 fortnightly lucky draws) and 1 Smartphone lucky winner (via 4th single lucky draw at the end of campaign); meaning total 10 winners every month; each prize is for individual winners only.
• Only one prize per customer will be awarded via lucky draw during the whole campaign period.
• Any customer account blocked or inactive due to any reason on the date of the lucky draw will not be entitled to participate in the lucky draw promotion.
• FTE’s & TPC’s staff are also eligible for the campaign.
• Winners will be contacted via phone call as available in Faysal Bank’s record on a best effort basis. Hence all customers are requested to update their contact details wherever required. In case of no contact established with the winner(s) by 31^st January 2018, the prize will be cancelled.
• Once a customer has won the prize, he/she cannot enter in subsequent lucky draw(s) again during this campaign period.
• Prize will be handed over to customer upon customer verification. Upon receiving the prize from Islamic branch, customer will provide written confirmation by signing the receipt available at the Islamic branch.
• The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
• Actual prize or product models may vary from the picture.
• Faysal Bank will not be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the customer arising out of the use of the products offered in the promotion.
• The prizes do not include product/merchant/manufacturer warranties. And Faysal Bank will not be responsible or liable to provide or arrange for product warranty for the prizes.
• Supplementary Debit Card holders are also eligible for this campaign. However, the prize will be given to the primary card holder.
