How do I activate my Faysal Islamic Visa Debit Card?

Please follow the steps below for the activation of your Faysal Islamic Visa Debit Card:

  • Call our Customer Interaction Centre at 111 06 06 06 from your registered landline or mobile phone number. In case the card is issued against your BTF account, kindly call from your registered landline number.
  • The Phone Banking Officer will ask for your card number and will require some standard verifications.
  • The Phone Banking Officer will transfer you to IVR where you will be able to generate your phone banking T-PIN.
  • After successful T-PIN generation, further verification will take place and your card will be activated.
  • After your card has been activated, you will again be transferred to IVR for ATM PIN generation.

How can I use my Faysal Islamic Visa Debit Card?

Please refer to the following step-by-step instructions on how to use your Faysal Islamic Visa Debit Card:

Step 1
Look

You can use your Faysal Islamic Visa Debit Card wherever you see the orix at any merchant location in Pakistan or globally.

Step 2
Buy

Choose the item you would like to buy and take it to the counter.

Step 3
Swipe

The cashier / merchant will ask for your card and will swipe it on the Point of Sale location present at the counter.

Step 4
Sign

The cashier / merchant will enter the last 4 digits of your card and will wait for the transaction to be authorised. Sign the merchant copy of your receipt. Your signature should match the signature on the back of your card. Collect your copy of the sales slip.

What are the Daily Limits of Faysal Islamic Visa Debit Card?

***Platinum card type will be issued only for Visa Debit Card

What should I do to ensure the safety and security of my Faysal Islamic Visa Debit Card?

  • Sign the card as soon as you receive it.
  • Keep your card in a safe place at all times.
  • If you forget or lose your PIN, please call our Customer Interaction Centre at 111 06 06 06 to generate a new PIN.
  • In case of emergency while travelling abroad, please call the Visa Global Customer Assistance Service number for the respective country you are in. For further information regarding Visa Global Customer Assistance Service, please visit our website
  • Please do not share your PIN with anyone.
  • Please do not write the PIN on the card or anywhere else.
  • Please do not share your PIN over the phone or email to anyone, as bank never asks such information from customers.

Please report your lost or stolen card as soon as you realise it, to minimise the risk of unauthorised transactions.

What should I do if my Faysal Islamic Visa Debit Card is lost or stolen?

As soon as you realise that your card is lost or stolen, please report it immediately by calling our Customer Interaction Centre at 111 06 06 06 so that your card is blocked. A new card will be replaced upon your request.

Who can apply for Faysal Visa Debit Classic Card?

All Faysal Bank account holders can apply for the Faysal Visa Debit Classic Card.

Who can apply for Faysal Visa Debit Gold Card?

Faysal Bank account holders who fall under the eligibility criteria mentioned below for their respective account can apply for the Faysal Visa Debit Gold Card.

Who can apply for Solitaire Platinum Debit Card?

Faysal Bank account holders who fall under the eligibility criteria mentioned below for their respective account can apply for the Solitaire Platinum Debit Card.
