Purchase Protection

Worried about unforeseen damage or theft of your valuable purchases? Your Solitaire Platinum Debit Card provides you a free of cost solution to cover your risks. The purchase protection benefit provides coverage against loss or damage that occurs within 90 days of the date of purchase*. No registration of the purchase is necessary. Protection is subject to purchases in excess of US$50 (or the equivalent in Pak Rupees) for each item and occurrence.

Emergency Card Replacement

While travelling internationally, if your card gets lost or stolen, you are provided with a replacement card on an emergency basis within one to three working days. You just have to contact the Visa Global Customer Assistance Services Centre (GCAS) and lodge a request. The complete list of country-wise contacts for these Centres is available here.

Emergency Cash Disbursement

If you require cash urgently while travelling internationally, all you have to do is contact the Visa Global Customer Assistance Services Center (GCAS) and lodge a request.
