How can I shop using Solitaire Platinum Debit Card?

The Solitaire Platinum Debit Card can be used anywhere Visa is accepted. You need to make sure that you know your account balance before conducting the transaction. The merchant or service provider will not be able to provide you with your account balance details.

To make a transaction, please provide the card to the cashier to swipe at the cash counter. Please check the amount printed on the receipt before signing the merchant copy while retaining the customer copy for your record.

The purchase amount will be automatically deducted from your account. You can continue to use the card until the account balance is depleted or the card is expired.

How long is the Card valid for?

Please check the validity date printed on your card.

Are supplementary cards available?

Yes, up to 3 supplementary cards are allowed for your spouse and/or children (above 18 years of age).

Can I check my account balance using the Solitaire Platinum Debit Card?

Yes, you can check your balance by visiting your nearest ATM and conducting a balance inquiry transaction or by contacting our Customer Interaction Centre at 111-06-06-06.

How long can the Solitaire Platinum Debit Card be used?

You can make purchases or withdraw cash using your Solitaire Platinum Debit Card until the expiration date shown on the card, or until the value of the account has depleted. Once the balance on the account has depleted, the card cannot be used until replenishment of the account.

What do I do if my card gets lost/stolen?

It is important that you report the loss immediately by calling our Contact Centre at 111-06-06-06 and get your card de-activated to prevent any unauthorised use. The replacement card has to be requested separately from our phone banking representative which will be made available to you in 7-10 business days after your request. You are required to collect your replacement card from the branch.

Our phone banking representative will also assist you with the contact for the Visa Global Customer Assistance Services Centre where you will find further guidance on benefits such as Emergency Card Replacement and Cash Disbursement.
