Eligibility Criteria

A minimum POS spend on Faysal Bank Debit Card required for 1 Lucky Draw entry Rs. 3,000

Not only that; Every Rs. 3,000 and above eligible POS transactions on any Faysal Bank Debit Card guarantees an additional entry into the lucky draw. So, the more you spend, the more will be your chances of winning!

Terms and Conditions

  • This promotion is valid from 15th July 2018 till 15th October 2018
  • Spend Eligibility: Every successful POS transaction worth minimum Rs 3,000/- or above via any Faysal Bank Debit Card during each lucky draw period will get you one entry in that monthly lucky draw.
  • Faysal Bank Debit Card and account should be active during the campaign period and at the time of lucky draw. Any card/account blocked or inactive due to any reason on the date of the lucky draw will not be entitled to participate in the lucky draw promotion.
  • There will be a total of 30 lucky winners during this 3 months campaign, where 10 lucky draw winners will be announced monthly basis. Each prize is for individual winners only. One prize per customer will be awarded via lucky draw during the whole campaign period.
  • Prizes:
    Following 10 prizes will be offered each month via lucky draw:

a) 1 Bumper Prize Winner – One winner will be awarded an Umrah Package for two that includes:

  • Return air ticket for two,
  • 7-day Hotel Accommodation (Makkah & Madinah),
  • Umrah visa service,
  • Airport pick & drop service

b) 1 Laptop Winners – Each winner will get 1 Laptop

c) 8 iPod Shuffle Winners – Each of the 8 winners will get 1 iPod Shuffle:

  • 4 iPod Shuffle winners will be from among debit card customers satisfying the spend eligibility requirement given above.
  • Other 4 iPod Shuffle winners will be from among customers who successfully upgraded their FBL Classic Debit Cards to FBL Gold Debit Cards within campaign period.
  • Prize distribution will be done on monthly basis through respective branches.
  • Winners will be contacted via phone call as available in Faysal Bank’s record on a best effort basis. Hence all customers are requested to update their contact details wherever required. In case of no contact with the winner(s) by 31st January 2019, the prize will be cancelled.
  • The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
  • Actual prize, model/services may vary from the picture.
  • Term for Umrah Package winner:
    • Umrah packages will be managed through designated travel agents only, and will have to be availed by 30th June 2019.
    • If customer(s) has performed Umrah in previous year (1438.H), as per Saudi Ministry of Hajj there will be incremental charges over Visa fee of SAR 2,000/- per person. Please also note that said charges are not included in the above mentioned Umrah package and customer(s) will have to bear this cost themselves, if incurred. 5% VAT tax will be added to above cost if imposed by Saudi Government.
    • In No Circumstances pilgrims/customer will be permitted to stay on his/her own independent arrangements.
    • Apart from Umrah Package services mentioned above for two persons, cost for any additional person, service, or stay extension as requested by customer will have to be arranged and borne by the customer themselves.
    • Any Pakistani holding foreign passport will be required to have minimum 1-year multiple entry Pakistani visa.
    • Single person under 40 years of age will not be entitled for Umrah visa without mehram, or as per applicable condition by Saudi Government at that time.
    • Offered accommodation package does not come with Haram/Kaaba view from hotel.
    • Amendment of any confirmed reservation is subject to availability & charges.
    • Any regulations and conditions in relation to Umrah visa, travel, stay & entry into Saudi Arab as applied by Saudi Consulate/Government at that time will have to be met by the customer. Bank will not be responsible for the same.
    • In case of cancellation of confirmed hotel Booking Night will be charge as per hotel policy.
    • No refund will be made for partially utilized or unutilized services.
    • Bank will not be responsible for any delay/objection/rejection of visa by Saudi Consulate.
  • Documents required for Umrah visa are:
    • Machine-readable passport (minimum 8 months valid) for both travelers.
    • Original CNIC
    • 4 Photographs (4×6 cm) in light blue background. Ladies must cover head (Hijaab).
    • Meningitis vaccination certificate.
    • Mehram relation proof (if required)
    • And any additional requirement that may come up as per mandated by Saudi consulate at the time of availing the package.
  • Once a customer has won the prize, he/she cannot enter in subsequent lucky draw(s) again during this campaign period.
  • Prize will be handed over to customer upon customer verification. Upon receiving the prize from branch, customer will provide written confirmation by signing the receipt available at the branch.
  • Faysal Bank will not be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the customer arising out of the use of the products/services offered in the promotion.
  • The prizes do not include product/merchant/manufacturer warranties. And Faysal Bank will not be responsible or liable to provide or arrange for product/service warranty for the prizes.
  • Supplementary Debit Card holders are also eligible for this campaign. However the prize will be given to the primary card holder.
  • Faysal Bank Debit Card Terms and Conditions will apply.
  • Bank’s decision will be final and binding in every respect.
