Terms & Conditions

This promotion is valid for Ramazan 2022 only.
A customer (beneficiary), who has received Home Remittances payout from any Faysal Bank branch during the campaign period, is eligible for the lucky draw.
Prizes will be distributed after Eid-ul-Fitar.
Winners will be contacted via phone call as available in Faysal Bank’s record on a best effort basis. Hence all customers are requested to provide correct contact details during transaction, keep the phone number active.
In case of no contact with the winner(s) by 31^st May 2022, the prize will be cancelled.
The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable.
Actual prize or models may vary, only in case of non-availability of the prize, the decision of bank management will be considered final.
Once a customer has won the prize, he/she cannot enter in subsequent lucky draw(s) again during this campaign.
All customers, who have received the Home Remittances during the campaign period and not won any prize in early lucky draws, shall be part of lucky draw for the bumper prize.
Prize will be handed over to customer upon NADRA verification. After receiving the prize from branch, customer will provide written confirmation by signing the receipt available at the branch.
Faysal Bank will not be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the customer arising out of the use of the product(s) offered in the promotion.
The prizes do not include product/merchant/manufacturer warranties and Faysal Bank will not be responsible or liable to provide or arrange for product warranty.
Existing customers of Faysal Bank are also eligible for this campaign.

Will the customers be getting any bonus entries to the lucky draw?
