Faysal Digibank – The App

Faysal Digibank App is a secure access to all your accounts from anywhere; 24 hours a day seven days a week. It
empowers you to conduct a range of financial and non-financial transactions at any time.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Step 1: Agree to Terms & Conditions

Select to Register through your “Account” and then select “Islamic”.
OR
– Select to Register through your “Noor Card” and then select “Islamic”.
– Read all terms & conditions and check to agree.

Step 2: Enter Registered Information

– CNIC Number
– Account Number / Noor Card Number
– Date of Birth
– Registered Mobile Number (Provided at the time of Account Opening)

Customer to click “continue” to proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Enter Login Details

Registered email address will automatically get fetched OR set the email address to be used.

Customer is required to enter the following information:
– Username (must be lowercase or numeric digits with minimum 5 and maximum 20 characters) (check availability)
– Password (must be at least 8 and maximum 14 characters, must contain one uppercase, one lower case, one numeric and one special character)
– Confirm Password
– Display Name
– Select a security image

Customer to answer “Security Questions”, to generate OTP, enters received OTP and clicks “Next”.

After completion of all registration steps, customer will be re-directed to the Main Page to log into Faysal Digibank Internet Banking.

The registration is completely free of cost.

Q. What should I do if my contact details such as Mobile Number and E-mail Address are incorrect or not updated in bank’s record?

You can call our 24/7 Call Center at 111 06 06 06 or visit your nearest branch to get your contact details updated.

Q. What is the limit of fund transfers?

You can transfer funds up to PKR 250,000 per day.

Q. Can I cancel Mobile App account?

You can de-activate Internet Banking account any time by calling our 24/7 Call Center at 111 06 06 06 or via Internet Banking by following the process below:

  • Login to Faysal Digibank Internet Banking
  • Click on Settings > My Profile > Deactivate Account

Q. How can I get username and login password?

You will be required to make username and password of your choice at the time of registration.

Q. Can I change my username?

No, you cannot change your username once created. Username can however be retrieved by calling helpline.

Q. Can I change my login password?

Yes, you can change the password any time by going into Settings>My Profile>Change Password.

Q. What if I forget my password?

You can click on “Forgot Password” and follow the process mentioned below:

  • Open Faysal Digibank via Internet Banking/Mobile Banking App
  • Click on Forget Password > Provide Login ID & Mobile Number
  • Enter Captcha > Create new Password
  • Login to Faysal Digibank.

Q. How do I reactivate my account after deactivating?

You can click on “Reactivate Account” and proceed with the process as mentioned below:

  • Open Faysal Digibank via Internet Banking portal/Mobile Banking App
  • Click on Reactivate Account > Provide Login Id & Email Address
  • Submit details > Account Reactivated

Q. What features differentiates Faysal Digibank Internet Banking from App?

Faysal Digibank App provides features like QR Payments and NFC Payments which are not available via Internet Banking portal.
