Faysal Pay is an alternate to your physical card and all controls on the physical card apply to Faysal Pay. If the transaction is not going through, please contact Faysal Islami Contact Centre at (021) 111-06-06-06.

Q14. Is it necessary to set up an unlock method on my phone to use Faysal Pay?
Yes, it is necessary to have an unlock method on your phone to use Faysal Pay. If you remove the unlock mechanism from your phone all the cards added to Faysal Pay will be removed.

No, since you can only use active cards for Faysal Pay.

There are no payment limits specific, your normal daily payment limits apply. You can use Faysal Pay for payments just as you would use your plastic card.

Q18. Will Faysal Pay work if the NFC functionality is switched off?
No. You will not be able to make contactless payments, if your phone has Near Field Communication (NFC) turned off.

If you lose your phone or suspect it has been lost or stolen, contact (021) 111-06-06-06 for temporary or permanent blocking.

Q21. If I lose my physical card, will there be any impact to the tokenized card in my Faysal Digibank App?
Any changes made to your plastic card will also apply to the card set up in Faysal Pay. As an example, if you report your plastic card lost or stolen, you won’t be able to make payments from your Digital card.
