1. How can I apply for my Debit Card?

To apply for your Debit Card,

• Visit your FBL Branch with Original CNIC
• Fill out the required documentation
• Your Debit Card will be delivered at your correspondence address within 7 working days

2. How can I activate my Debit Card?

Business Debit Card can be activated via:

• Contact Center – Call at 021 111 06 06 06 from registered number
• ATM – Follow steps mentioned below
  • SMS DC Space CNIC Number Space last four digits of Debit Card on 9181 from your registered mobile number
  • Receive One Time Password (OTP)
  • Visit any Faysal Islami ATM along with the OTP and Debit Card
  • Insert card in ATM and follow instructions on screen for card activation and Pin setup
    • Please do not share your personal information and Pin code with anyone to ensure your financial security
    • OTP validity is 24-hours, after which it will expire. In case OTP expires, repeat step 1 to generate new activation code
• Whatsapp Banking – To activate Debit Card via WhatsApp Banking, follow the steps below:
  • Whatsapp Hi on “0310-1786786”
  • Reply with ‘2’ Card Activation
  • Reply with ‘1’ for Debit Card
  • Follow the instructions for action & Pin setup
    • Clear your chat to protect your ATM Pin from misus

3. Can I increase my daily transaction limit of my Debit Card?
