What is Faysal PayPak Debit Card?

The debit cards issued under PayPak are named as Faysal PayPak Debit Card and will be able to carry out not only ATM transactions but also retail/purchase transactions anywhere within Pakistan.

How Faysal PayPak Debit card is different from Faysal Pocketmate Visa Debit Card?

Faysal PayPak Debit card is only valid for making transactions (ATM & POS) within Pakistan, However,  with Faysal Pocketmate Visa Debit Card transactions can be conducted all over the globe.

Where can I use my Faysal PayPak Debit Card?

Your Faysal PayPak Debit Card can be used to carry out transactions on ATMs displaying 1Link and MNET signs and on PayPak merchants anywhere within Pakistan.

 Is Faysal PayPak Debit card secure?

All transactions made through Faysal PayPak Debit Card, whether conducted on ATM or POS, require PIN Code to process and hence are secure.

How do I activate my Faysal PayPak Debit Card?

Please follow the steps below for the activation of your Faysal PayPak Debit Card:

Call our Contact Centre at 111 06 06 06 from your registered landline or mobile phone number. In case the card is issued against your BTF account, kindly call from your registered landline number.

The Phone Banking Officer will ask for your card number and will require some standard verification.

The Phone Banking Officer will transfer you to IVR where you will be able to generate your phone banking T-PIN.

After successful T-PIN generation, further verification will take place and your card will be activated.

After your card has been activated, you will again be transferred to IVR for ATM PIN generation.

What should I do if my Faysal PayPak Debit Card is lost or stolen?

As soon as you realize that your card is lost or stolen, please report it immediately by calling our Contact Centre at 111 06 06 06 so that your card is blocked. A new card will be replaced upon your request.

How can I use my Faysal PayPak Debit Card?

Please refer to the following step-by-step instructions on how to use your Faysal PayPak Debit Card:

• You can use your Faysal PayPak Debit Card wherever you see the PayPak/1LINK logo at any merchant location in Pakistan
• Choose the item you would like to buy and take it to the counter
• The cashier / merchant will ask for your card and will swipe it on the Point of Sale location present at the counter
• The cashier / merchant will enter the last 4 digits of your card and will wait for the transaction to be authorized. Enter your ATM PIN on the swipe machine of the merchant. Collect your copy of the sales slip

Who can apply for Faysal PayPak Debit Card?

All Faysal Bank individual account, joint account (only with either/survivor or anyone operating instructions) or sole proprietor account holders can apply for the Faysal PayPak Debit Card through their parent Faysal Bank branch. We encourage Faysal Bank Payroll Account, Asaan Account and Basic Banking Account holders to get Faysal PayPak Debit Card.

What kind of transactions can I do with my Faysal PayPak Debit Card?

You can perform following transactions using this card:

• Shop at Point-of-Sale (POS)
• Cash withdrawal through ATM displaying 1Link & MNET signs
• Utility Bill Payment
• Fund Transfer
• IBFT
• Balance Inquiry

Is there any fee / charges on transactions done on ATM via Faysal PayPak Debit Card?

Some of the transactions done on ATMs will be charged as per charges for ATM mentioned in the prevailing Schedule of Charges (SOC).
